Our website is hosted on the platform of Wix.com Ltd. The provider is:

Wix stores your data on its servers on our behalf. This may involve the transfer of data to third countries (in particular Israel, the USA, and other countries). Wix states that it uses safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
We use Wix for the purpose of providing our website securely, quickly, and efficiently. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in a professional online presence and secure technical operation.
Further information on data protection at Wix can be found in Wix's privacy policy:

3. Server Log Files
When you access our website, Wix automatically collects certain information in server log files. This includes, in particular:
IP address

Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
Content of the request (specific page)
Access status/HTTP status code

The processing of this data is technically necessary to display our website to you, to ensure its stability and security, and to detect and prevent misuse.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the secure and functional provision of our website. The log files are generally stored for a limited period and then deleted, unless longer retention is required for security reasons (e.g., to investigate misuse or fraud).
4. Contacting Us (Forms, Email, Telephone)
When you contact us via contact form, email, or telephone, we process the personal data you provide (e.g., name, email address, telephone number, message content).
The purpose of this processing is to handle your inquiry and to initiate, execute, or process a brokerage agreement or other contractual relationships.
The legal bases for this processing are:
the performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures, if your inquiry aims at concluding a contract,
our legitimate interest in responding to general inquiries,
your consent, if applicable, insofar as this forms the basis for specific processing activities.
The data you provide will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been processed) or you request its deletion, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g., tax or commercial law retention periods) prevent us from doing so.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies set by Wix. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and contain certain information.
5.1 Technically Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required to provide the basic functions of the website (e.g., page navigation, secure login, shopping cart functionality, session recognition). Without these cookies, the website cannot function properly.
The legal basis for the use of necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in providing a technically flawless and optimized website.
5.2 Analytics and Statistics Cookies
If we use analytics or statistics cookies (e.g., via Wix Analytics or a similar tool), these serve to evaluate user behavior and improve our services (e.g., which pages are visited and how often, how long users stay, and which devices are used).
The use of these non-essential cookies generally only occurs with your consent via a corresponding consent or cookie banner. You can revoke or adjust your consent there at any time with effect for the future.
The storage period for these cookies varies, but is generally between one session and a maximum of 24 months.
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings or disable their storage altogether. In this case, you may no longer be able to fully use all the functions of our website.
6. Web Analytics (e.g., Wix Analytics / Google Analytics)
If an analytics tool is used on our website (e.g., the integrated Wix Analytics or Google Analytics), additional usage data (e.g., pages visited, click paths, time spent on the site, approximate geographic location, device type) is processed.
The purpose of this processing is the statistical evaluation of the use of our website to make it more user-friendly for our visitors and more effective for our business results.
Where possible, IP addresses are shortened or otherwise pseudonymized before evaluation so that a direct link to an individual can no longer be established. The data is generally stored for a limited period (e.g., up to 14 months) and then deleted or anonymized.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you grant via the cookie/consent banner. You can revoke or restrict your consent at any time in the banner.
Depending on the tool used, data may be transferred to countries outside the EU (in particular, the USA). In this case, the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable mechanisms).
7. Data Retention Period
Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this Privacy Policy, personal data will remain with us until the purpose of processing no longer applies. This may be the case, for example, when an inquiry has been fully answered or a contractual relationship has ended.
If personal data is stored for a longer period due to legal obligations (e.g., tax or commercial law requirements), it will be deleted after the respective statutory retention period has expired.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the following rights under the applicable legal provisions:
Right to information about the personal data we hold about you, its origin, recipients, and the purpose of the processing,
Right to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data,
Right to erasure of your personal data, provided there are no legal obligations to retain it,

Right to data portability, i.e., receiving the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transmitting it to another controller,
Right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future,
Right to object to the processing of personal data, insofar as this is based on a legitimate interest and there are compelling legitimate grounds relating to your particular situation.
To assert your rights, you can contact us at any time using the contact details provided above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible is, in particular, the one at your usual place of residence, your workplace, or the location of the alleged violation.
9. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Data transmitted via our website is generally encrypted using TLS/SSL technology.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services. The current version published on this website will then apply to your next visit.
